depends how you view his late drive timeouts which stopped the clock for the redskins...

1. he stopped the clock like a badass to give his team time to drive down and score if the skins tied

2. he is Black chilly and just wanted to "talk things over" and was 100% taking a knee if he got the ball the back in regulation so he could "take his chances"

idk, vikings fans around here praise his timeout use a lot, calling timeouts the way he did was correct so im willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Black Chilly is pretty terrible with timeouts in general. This was like the first time he's used them on defense to preserve time and I'm pretty confident at least the 2nd TO was to talk things over (called a blitz next play when they've played passively and gotten beat multiple times this season on last minute drives).

He's better than average at 4th down, when to go for 2, and not kicking FGs to go up 6.

pretty much what billnye said. black chilly actually makes a surprising number of solid game management decisions that never get any attention, but it seems he's the rare case where the stuff we don't see is bad enough that it doesn't matter that he's above average at the stuff we do see.

I've always referred to Reid as "fat chilly"...clearly elementary, but simple is best.

maybe we upgrade him to "father chilly" considering he spawned everyone's favorite.

good coaches should not be subjected, also first year hc's.

lastly, Chip Kelly was cheesin' a little early on, but he'll be top 5 hc by default.
