Henne is back QBing, losing to teams like the lolphins, so Sanchez may find a starting job again at some point

Maybe if the league expands to 64 teams.

If Eva Longoria dumped me, I'd suck at my current job too. Poor guy. Anyone know her email? I wanna suck too!

The crazy thing is that they still had a shot at making the playoffs despite being unbelievably horrible during many points of this season. They actually do have some good players but their QB situation is a complete joke.

The above post explains quite well why its been so frustrating to be a Jets fan this season.

Let's say Peyton Manning landed with the NY Jets instead. What would their record be?

I would venture to say they would lead their division quite easily.

Most teams would kill for a schedule that included:

BUF x 2
MIA x 2
STL
ARI
JAX
TEN

They did have a SF/HOU/IND/NE 4-week run, but not many teams had this easy a path to 8 wins.

Ya, their schedule is the best in the NFL iirc. You still have to play and win those games though.

My guess would be 10-4, losing to SF/HOU/@SEA and splitting with NE.

Yep, if he actually won a game, and they have two winnable games left, they could be stuck with him next year. Denver was only able to get rid of him for Manning, I doubt Brady is available.

They actually don't have very many good players, which is a testament to the job Rex has done this year

It's basically Cro, Muhammad Wilkerson, D'Brick, and Mangold

At least their moving in the right direction by releasing players like Kameron Wimbley and Stanford Routt who refused to take pay cuts.

The ironic thing for Tebow, the game he's known for crying at the end of, the winning QB on the other side was McElroy.

....Ouch.

I used to be a fan of Tebow, now I'm sort of like whatever. But those TIVO Tebow commercials where he sits on a couch talking to random snarky kids pisses me off to no end.

Especially how in one commercial the girl kid is talking about Tebow throwing passes. Like when the **** has he even thrown a pass this season? GTFO with that commercial.

ppl keep saying rex ryan deserves another year, i call bull**** on that. the last 8 days are a total display of incompetence that shouldn't warrant another season.

so tebow is an awful qb. we get that. apparently even the jets players think he's dog****. so if mcelroy is the ACTUAL backup qb, why in the **** would you deactivate him in a must-win game? wtf are u keeping up the pretense of tebow being a legitimate nfl player for at the cost of your chances to win? sanchez got worse and worse and worse as the game goes on and despite the fact that it's still winnable and despite the fact that you MUST win it you have nobody you can play because for some reason QB2 is deactivated. smooth
