The Barcelona board really has no clue as to what they are doing. They do need backup for Suarez as he's getting older and not really that great anymore. At the same time, they just sold Munir because he wouldn't sign a new contract. Why not just let him run his contract out and use him when needed instead of wasting money on a player who doesn't fit? Makes no sense at all.

Barca confuse me, they sign guys like Umtiti/Arthur for great prices but then sign Gomes/Paulinho/KPB. Who makes the transfer decisions is it a dof or committee?

Pep Segura is their general manager and Eric Abidal is the director of football. I believe that they are the ones who make these decisions but the idiot President of the club gets involved as well.
