That's pretty much dependent on what Carlo thinks about him. I could see Götze work better in a Carlo system than in Pepball, so I'm not going to go out of my way and say Götze is gone 100%. He's by no means a lock to stay, though.

And yes, like I said, there is some substance to the Hummels rumours. Most notably Hummels recent comments about (paraphrasing because to lazy to go look for them) "The decision about my future is giving me significant headaches and the fans will soon know why it's so difficult for me" implying a Bayern move as that one would hurt the fans way more than a move abroad.

that's the thing with all the "arsene just spend the money" bullcrap
spending just for the sake of it gives you a bunch of donks like benteke/bony, if you don't have unlimited funds like city you then won't have cash when actually good players become available(özil/alexis).
do people expect wenger to just pull a world-class striker out of his hat?
signing el neny for 5mil is a feat in itself tbh

Fair enough, however I think those cases are linked as their interest in suarez caused them to pass up higuain, so it's not like 2 completely unrelated spots.

I wonder how much arsenal would of had to offer to have gotten the deal done?
