If both teams are 50/50 to get it and 100% to make the EP I am kicking the EP. Because, you don't give the opposition perfect information on what they need. Obviously the difference is negligible.
But, I think going for 2 makes a lot of sense in this exact spot because if the Titans score a TD they will have driven the length of the field in a hurry up offense and the defense will be more tired than usual.

If that was intentional it was very smart. But, why not just have the guy he sent in go offsides and make contact with the offensive lineman to prevent the Texans from having a freeroll? And why did the refs stop the play? I wish Romeo would have had the balls to decline it.
