i'll be in for one Partnership Interest
i'll also consider a consulting role of up to two hours per month on the following terms,
2.5% of assets under management per year plus on a liquidity event 20.0% of profits above a hurdle being the higher of a 2.0x multiple of money on total invested capital or a 12.0% IRR accruing and compounding on a per annum basis with a catch-up of 75.0% of proceeds distributed above the catch-up until such time as The Consultant has received 5.0% of total distributions with the catch-up falling to 50.0% until such time as The Consultant has received 7.5% of total distributions after which proceeds are distributed pari-passu
no clawback
please be aware that my terms are very generous given the first Fund's annualised returns of 66.9%
