apparently these gizmos are one of the main reasons it's so tough to drive close to the person in front. they're having a vote tomorrow about whether to change the regulations for 2019. if the motion passes, the result would be simpler endplate designs which would enable closer racing (much needed)

supposedly one or two of the big teams dont want the change to go through because they reckon their endplate gives them an edge

guessing he hit the 'break car' button by mistake

judging from my f1 2012 for the xbox days, you can overtake here on the home straight. but it often involves bashing into the car in front and spinning him off the track

Did you see Alonso’s blown tires from the last race?

He hit the wall on the pit entrance, and then you can see people walking down the pit straight in the direction of the traffic, backs towards this car experiencing uncontrallable moments.
