I was worried about ESPN taking over the US coverage, but as it turns out they're going to use Sky's, so it's likely going to be an improvement.

sky's f1 coverage is exceptional imo. if you haven't seen it before you're in for a treat

Sky somehow lost TV rights in Germany so now there's no way to watch legally without missing multiple laps to advertisement. Might just skip this season altogether (Unless Ferrari do well)

How is the Mexican GP? Not a huge F1 fan, but I'll be living in Mexico City so will probably take more interest in this season.

Yes, NBC's contract expired and ESPN bought the rights. All of the races will be shown on either ESPN ESPN2 or ABC.

torro rosso's new honda engine has done about 400 laps without incident since testing started, and today they are 4th fastest

if honda have cracked it just after lolonso's team dumped them i will laugh my head off

both mclarens keep breaking down. four times over the last two days of testing

shaping up to be another hilarious year for the arsenal of f1

encouraging day for ferrari. seb much faster than anyone, but more interestingly the ferrari-powered haas also put in a fantastic lap, 2nd fastest overall on the day and 3rd fastest time of anyone on any day. and wasnt even on the fastest tyre

(obviously testing times are subject to extreme skepticism cos who knows how much the other teams are holding back)

bookies/pundits/'insiders' all seem to be expecting the status quo to be largely maintained, ie mercs > ferraris > red bulls >>> everyone else

probably true, would like to see RB get 2nd which is in realm of possibility i think
