lowest attendance by an average of ~10k less people probably. the game was pretty late on a sunday, so people from other cities/countries go to work on monday, many people are taking vacations now because it's cheaper than in the middle of the summer and they also start work/school soon. I wouldn't be surprised if spanish people are the poorest they have been in the last decade. RM played against Getafe. I doubt still having Cristiano/other new signings would've made a ton of difference.

Barca had ~4k more people at their game, I bet at least 1982 of them were in Barcelona for their vacations, so they went to the game as well.
