yeah, we're pretty much screwed if we aren't up by a lot of points in April, these are the last 7/8 games.

Zidane did this to himself, by not buying a striker after we sold Morata and then leaving Mayoral out of the squad, only to play that welsh bum as a CF, who has now scored 1 deflected goal in the last 13 games. rits. baldy should try starting his best player (isco) more.
if he did, the game today no doubt ends about 6-0 instead of 1-1.
if he needs rest, start the man and sub him off at halftime when it's 3-0. it's not that hard.

barca having an actual rightback this season seems like a bright idea.

the starting 11 looks great as long as they just dont have any injuries or suspensions. iniesta was better when he was not injured last season than he was given credit for.

outside those 11 sergi roberto is really the only one anyone would trust to do anything. though paulinho does look like a good soldier in a well-established brazilian gang to his credit

and obviously messi can paper over a lot of cracks elsewhere

while this early 4 pt lead makes barca the favorite to ship la liga now, it's still essentially a flip.
and bookies still favor madrid (and qsg) over both fcb's in the cl.
as they should.

selling james was kind of baffling i thought at the time. dude was really really good whenever he got minutes last season. woulda been a perfect option vs levante yesterday.

maybe it wasnt clear enough but only having 12 players, where the 2nd/3rd most important one only started 13 league games last season, isnt a great way to run a football club or a guarantee of succes.

That's the scary thing, PSG hasn't even looked good in any match and they're still winning by 3. Guess we'll see if Lyon has anything for them next week, I doubt it, but hopefully they can make a match of it. Fekir looks back to pre-injury form and Mariano Diaz is scoring goals even though he doesn't look great. Maybe Real will buy him back next summer for 50m.
