Looking around, I had assumed he was.

In hindsight, there is one person that I thought was gone that is available, and I am actually surprised hasn't been taken. Other than that, I think its an okish pick if he starts a game or two vs two relatively weak teams in Austria and Iceland he might get a cheap one.

Lukaku finished the season in poor form and I reckon Origi is 2nd choice (when fit) so taking a gamble + Im a lfc fan so good to root for reds

All injured/not named in 23 players (such as Drmic and Dzagoev) can have replacements drafted at the end of the draft. This also players simply not named (such as if someone had taken Diego Costa)

Anyone injured that isn't replaced in the tournament (essentially within a week of the tournament/first game) after that week is bad luck.
