It is pretty clear that Guendouzi is done at Arsenal+clashed with his teammates, manager and sporting director.

Additionally, Atletico is all about systematic defense and Guendo is kind of a headless chicken.

Basically Guen went after Maupay for hurting Leno with taunts and he also grabbed him at the end. There was also an incident over winter break during their Dubai training he was disciplined for. But, he was dropped for a game and basically just told to apologize and have better discipline and he scoffed at that and hasn't trained with the team since.

I still think he's really good, the amount of better CMs his age around Europe is about a handful. Atletico dealt with Diego Costa, Guendouzi is a puppy dog in comparison.

It started with a training spat in Dubai between him and Sokratis. Dozi refused to apologize and there was quite a bit of shouting going on even back at the hotel. He was asked by teammates as well to act more professional and like not shout at the guy who is running things.

Tuanzebe has had some mystery injury since getting injured in the warmup vs plop I think. Shame as I thought he had a chance of pushing Lindelöf out.

The chance is slim - if there is one, imo. Even with Werner coming in, Abraham is still a very exciting young player with a good season in the PL behind him, I very much doubt we'll let him go willingly. Giroud is turning 34 next month, and selling Abraham would mean we'd probably have to go look for a replacement within the next year or two, which seems pointless when you have someone like Abraham already.

I think it depends on whether he would potentially force his way out of the club at the thought of playing second fiddle to Werner.
