bale was literally the worst player on the pitch 2 weeks ago when wales played finland and got subbed off after first half.

doesnt matter though he is coming home.

He might just conjure up all his remaining WIM to spite Zidane and Real.

Otoh I'd much rather give playtime to Bergwijn and Lo Celso, think both have what it takes and are loads better going forward than Bale on a year loan.

Surely it affects attacking players' minutes when a winger comes in that does not offer much in defense, especially with Doherty on the same side.

IF I'm wrong here surely you agree that Bergwijn looks good enough to be starting for Spurs as opposing to go for Bale for a year loan. It just seem a bit short sighted and splurging money for a golf player.

Again he could take the Jordan route, take it personally and score 20 to spite Zidane, but its doubtful.

Spite Zidane for what? The guy had to show what he's made of after Cristiano left, he crumbled, got injured like he usually does, started to be completely useless and played the "I'm not motivated, Zidane doesn't wants me anymore" card. He saw he can't compete with 4-5 young players anymore and wanted to go to China. He got more chances than he deserved under Zidane, this is a lie that keeps getting repeated that he didn't get to play enough.

this is a fair point, but Bergwjin has been here 6 months and is clearly not the finished article. Having someone like Bale around for a year is huge. He's one of the PLs best ever players and will definitely improve the team.
