Lacazette is set to leave for Atletico apparently. I absolutely love the guy, perhaps joined us a couple years too late, but given his all and scored in some really important games.

All the luck to him should this materialize.

We seem to be moving forward with the other deals (Brazilians only this window it seems). Still most excited about Coutinho and possibly having proper CBs for next season.

Hope noone else gets fired in the meantime to fund 2 weeks of wages for one of these players.

I assumed coutinho wasn't happening since we got Willian? Tbh I think coutinho is a decent move but absolutely hate signing willian

I assume Coutinho would play as 8 or 10, and thus dont really have much to do with the Willian signing. If the 10 million for 1 year including wages is correct, he might be a good way to (try to) plug that giant hole in midfield until next summer when we can get a proper one.

Apparently Liverpool are closing on Konstantinos Tsimikas of Olympiakos.i saw alot of matches of him,he plays at left back and he will be a very good cover for Robertson.

the offer is at £12-15 million

We struggle creatively and bringing the ball forward. Coutinho and Willian could be massive in that aspect.

Soton seems to be making a huge signing with Walker-Pieters. The guy is legit and I would love him at Arse as a backup. 12million seems like a steal.

and the fact he played as 8 for Brazil. Even if he is not optimal, he'd probably be the best option by a large margin. Our left wing is already pretty stacked.

I ain’t too excited.

Chelsea fans seem to be in consensus that he is amazing at bringing the ball to the final third, but having an often poor final ball. Could be against Barca or Bournemouth, always the same. Consistency good? And every manager bar maybe Conte seemed to really like him. So maybe?

His YouTube comps look great, but then so did Miki’s.

Largely reported as a swap with Spurs paying £3m. Excellent deal for both teams and the player imo.

For Spurs, they move on a young RB who appears to have lost his way a little and played 3 games last season, and in return get a guy who fixes our biggest leak and probably plays 38 PL games next season if he avoids injury.

Unfortunately: neres play the same position as pepe, marquinhos would never leave psg for us and bruno just moved (and had a small breakthrough) to Lyon.
