Largely reported as a swap with Spurs paying £3m. Excellent deal for both teams and the player imo.
For Spurs, they move on a young RB who appears to have lost his way a little and played 3 games last season, and in return get a guy who fixes our biggest leak and probably plays 38 PL games next season if he avoids injury.
If ever there was a Mourinho player, it's Hojbjerg:

My biggest strength is making other players better, you know. Supporting them, playing the right balls, doing the right runs, fighting for them, feeding them, analysing the game, reading the game, playing the game as it should be played. So to read the game, or to make my team-mates better, or the best players in the team even better, that’s what I love doing and what I do the best.
