Why are two people talking at the same time sometimes?

This is starting to seem pretty similar to Straight Outta LA.

"Tyson grew up poor and rose to the top of his industry. So did Tupac! Man, they're so alike!"

Mickey Rourke tells an irrelevant Tyson story and now Maya Angelou is blabbering on about something.

This one sucks so far.

meh, about to go downstairs to watch.

I mean, I hope they dont try to draw parallels. Tupac and Tyson were nothing alike growing up.

Tyson was a street kid mugging old ladies at 13 yrs old, while Tupac was in special schools for the performing arts hanging out with Jada Pickett Smith while being very politically outspoken

This is really bad, really really bad, the cartoons are terrible, it seems like they just took a bunch of interviews and randomly put 'interesting' segments in with no regards to telling a story, they randomly have guys in a boxing ring rapping, and it really seems like there is no great link between the two protagonists other than they were semi buddies.

It really was a pretty spectacular reach to tie these two people together in an effort to legitimize it as a "sports" story. It could have overcome this by actually being good but I'm not even sure that Tupac fans would find it particularly compelling. Super meh.

It was a pro play by the entourage to use Koval Lane though, it's like 50X faster than the strip.
