Linda Cohn is gross. Why they insist on the full body stand-up shots of her on camera I have no clue.

Since we're on the topic of full shots of sports center anchors, is there anyone in the world who wears a suit more awkwardly than Scott Van Pelt? It's like his torso is too long for his body or something.

i hate it when people are like this. you really are so particular about your TV viewing that you can't stand to even look at linda cohn's entire body? i mean no one's requiring you to jerk off to her.

Frankly, I don't need or want to see any of their full bodies. I find the whole thing wierd. But she's particularly unnerving.

Andrews: My name is Erin. My last name is Andrews. I'm all over the news right now.

Dispatcher: I'm not familiar.

Andrews: I'm the girl that was videotaped without her knowing, without her clothes on in the hotel.

Dispatcher: Really?
i felt bad laughing at this but i did anyway

So now she's going out of her way to bring it to the attention of people who haven't heard/seen?

"I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal."
"Really?"
"People have seen me naked."
"Well, I'm very happy for you."
"I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany."

72 - What? She's just explaining to the operator what her situation is. She's a famous person who has cause for concern of people following her and paparazzi and that type of thing.

Most unfamous people don't need to worry about paparazzi stuff. Famous people do. She very obviously does. There is a definite distinction to be explained to a 911 operator.

Shame on you: Linda Cohn, body and shots in the same sentence.

She's going out of her way to explain it to a 911 operator who apparently lives under a rock, yeah. It's not like she's trying to use her fame to get special privileges...she's being stalked.

I do really feel bad for her, but I'm still very happy that I got to see her naked.

Just for the sake of argument: I'm really not sure how 'under a rock' this person is. There have to be a lot of people who aren't really sports fans or keep up with this stuff who have no idea who Erin Andrews is or about the video. I honestly don't know if my GF knows about this and I would be completely amazed if my sister or Mom knew anything about it.

There are other celebrity gossip type things that I'm really clueless on. And I don't really care.

I guess that's true. I can't imagine many under-30 males who like sports haven't heard about it, but I tend to forget that there are other types of people in the world.

I'm just going to use this thread to say that chick from SportsNation is amazing. Smoking hot but she also actually discusses sports somewhat intelligently, unlike most of the ESPN chicks that are just reporters or random eye candy. I can see big things in her future. I mean, she makes a show with Colin Cowherd watchable.

I generally don't feel bad for famous people when they are stalked by paparazzi. you wanted to be a famous singer/actor/pony/whatever? well now you are and dealing with these scumbags comes with the territory.

with Erin...I dunno. when you are an on-air ESPN personality, fame is part of the game. I feel kind of bad for her but she needs to realize it comes with the territory. hard to be famous only when you feel like being famous

(of course, being videotaped secretly in your hotel room is another level beyond paparrazi)

The 911 operator was a woman. So her not knowing about the tape did not surprise me in the least.

I'm sad that Michelle Beadle left YES for ESPN. I know its obvious, but she will be missed on the sidelines of Nets games, I'm sure.

I'm no lawyer, but 911 calls are routinely played on the media, I assume they're public FOIA type stuff.
