I just don't think it impacted enough to be something worth overturning a goal. If Mendy had the ball and was fouled and Chelsea lost possession as a result, fine. But Bowen grazes him and Mendy decides to impersonate a sniper victim, that's his choice.

Bosh, played well for most of the game just couldn't quite finish it off, variance etc. 14 pts from 18 I would have bitten your hand off I think.

Close to zero but not actually zero so that is what makes it a clear and obvious foul.

WH gain some advantage by hurting Mendy so its a foul, even its a very small advantage.

In the age of VAR if you leave a foot in on the keeper that is getting called 90%+ of the time.

Getting kicked in the ribs hurts and it does not take much.

Having played decades of football Im always wary of calling out how much contact in relation to pain shown because sometimes what does not look like much hurts like ****.
