Not sure, but wouldn't have thought more than 40 mins. Are you saying earlier is better, or what are you thinking? I'm happy to start earlier if that works for everyone

Idea is just to have a draft, set a preferred team and leave it all season, no subs, no transfers, no trades. So if you get injuries, tough ****.

Haven't discussed buyin, I'm happy to make it £20 winner-take-all or something? Equally, if anyone doesn't want to play for money, that's fine, can just have side bets between players who do

Yea would have to be 5pm UK time for me. 530 at the absolute latest for me to be able to make it. No worries if it doesn't work out though

Yes and no.

Does not get as many minutes as other players, but will replace those players sometimes in big games if Tuchel wants to play a particular system, he does not come in just for rotation.

Will CHO play at all? The statsbomb Chelsea preview is very good and had him, grealish and kdb as the only players to create/dribble x amt per 90 or something.

Much to my surprise these early round league cup games have been pretty decent to watch. Penalties after 90 minutes do their part but also clubs and fans apparently being into it- it's a better watch than Everton bench vs Spurs bench in later rounds

Possibly, one thing that held him back was a bunch of below his level meh performances.

If he does what it says on the tin in the minutes he gets he will force himself into more minutes imo, obviously if he keeps underperforming then not so much.

Imagine having one manager who thinks you're so bad at pens that he (attempts) to substitute you in the last minute before a shootout, but a couple of years later having another manager who thinks you're so good that he's willing to sub off a much better keeper so you can face pens.

I'm not convinced by the thinking behind that sub.
Surely that just gives confidence to every penalty taker at the other 19 clubs in the PL, knowing that the manager doesn't fancy his first choice keeper when he's facing a pen.
