Absolutely flabbergasted that Ben White has a 40m price tag. I had barely heard of him until today. You’d think that money could almost get you a Varane.

Our midfield is a gaping abyss of ability, talent and creativity but by all means let’s spend our whole budget on another CB!

Ben White was our best player last season and Brighton turned down all of our offers to make the loan deal permanent. They knew, just we did, how good he is and knew that he'd be top dollar.
Mings is broken and White could well end up being the partner for Stones in a back four and could end the tournament as England's best CB.

Southgate just needs to have the balls to play him.

It was. Kind of sad that's probably a top 10 moment in our history, but I think Canada really could make the world cup. Having the best player and maybe best striker in the region really helps!

They never managed it when they had Paul Peschisolido and Paul Stalteri, not sure Alphonso Davies is any better

The Leeds fan in here loved him, can't lie saying I have a huge opinion.

We're definitely having to sign homegrown talent because we're about to sell a bunch off, and finding English players who can start for a CL ambitious club isn't easy.
