It really is baffling how VAR will call offside on a toenail but won’t give the handball and red on the keeper.

It’d be interesting to see where Chris Wood would be in the England pecking order if he wasn’t a kiwi. I’d put him a smidge ahead of DCL.

Yeah assuming the assault isn't too bad I'm not particularly bothered. Most PL footballers probably get an absolute ton of **** every day from rival fans. Obviously violence is bad but some people are 100% asking for it.

I’m genuinely looking excited by it. Needing a complete change in playing and management staff and the stupid **** is changing the tune they walk out onto the pitch with. You might get away with it if you are either a born and bred Sunderland man (but such a person wouldn’t be so dim) or are winning every game. Otherwise I can only assume it isn’t going to go well.
