A huge thing with VAR imo is that if the foul occurs right before a dead ball you are much more likely to get it checked

But if somehow you have action after, the VAR team will just swallow their whistle hoping nobody noticed

TV showing the game will in a few seconds be able to show images/angles of an incident that normally (not always granted) leads to a consensus on that incident from viewers/pundits.

If VAR does this it seems a refreshing change.

how come rugby can do it no problem?

a guy makes a forward pass or a knock on and everyone sees it except the ref

few seconds play on and then ref gets the info in his ear and blows the whistle

Guys behind the VAR are probably the same guys that were posting on here that they were definitely feeling bad for Maguire after he gave an interview telling us how traumatizing it was for him to assault and bribe officers

We were robbed but United were better, so I'll take it.

Mendy you are beautiful, Silva too. We have yet to concede with both of them on the field after 3 games.

It's looking like it might not actually have been Lampard's fault when Kepa or the defense gifted goals away, who could possibly have predicted that?

The Athletic claims that Maguire on Azpi was checked by VAR and deemed not a pen.

I think I'm losing faith in this **** completely.

Also I know it has been only 20mins,but I think I might have been wrong with saying Cavani was a spew. He looks hungry.

I think Kovacic could play a similar role and be more progressive.

I love Kante, but he is by his own standards, not in a great place right now.
