I do miss the statsbomb podcasts though. When they would criticize teams it was great, but they basically stopped doing the podcast because they're employed by half the league.

This is apparently what the Manchester United players chose to eat at a meal on their pre-season tour to Scotland, and not what a load of 11 year olds chose when they went to Frankie and Benny's for Spotty Ben's birthday. Note the number of medium steaks, which is a ****ing disgrace from a bunch of grown adults (I expected better of the continental contingent) and Lingard's cheeseburger with only cheese and nothing else on it.

I can't believe so many grown men would freely chose steak medium - I wonder if they have been advised/told by the club nutritionist to have meat cooked through to increase the chances that any nasty bacteria are killed?

The place they ate at is amazing btw

Normal bread is good but sourdough is better.

There’s another one in St Andrews if anyone ever goes there. They’re using the same place that Barca like going to for training.

I'm unsure about a chicken starter with chicken main course.

Also, you can't trust the Dutch with anything relating to food, putting rancid liquorice inside delicious toffee makes me wonder whether the German annexation of the place might not have been such a bad idea after all.
