it's true that a great deal of public soccer optimizers are pretty mediocre, i think there's prob a lot of value in that sport for people who really know their stuff since the public analytics options are prob a few years behind in terms of evaluating what's important.
there is one site i kinda like tho that has been pretty decent at projecting; for instance my first iteration included soyuncu which the model loved a ton since he plays a ton of minutes and is super cheap and his team will get you some clean sheets.
but their model prob cant sniff out the brand new people that are basement priced surprises, you have to put in your own elbow grease and figure that one out.
