I think transfer bans are a dumb penalty. Hurts the players on the team as much as the club.

United have supposedly been following him since he was playing u-16 and tried to sign him a couple of times so I'm sure we'll be interested. If I had to bet I'd say he ends up at spurs though.

Spurs would be a good fit but Fulham are bound to want £50m+. I don't think we'll pay it, and I'm not sure he's worth it.
