He will probably strengthen there. I would expect a Pellegrini team to win the passing against most bottom 13 opposition.
I don’t know how pragmatic he will be.

His greatest talent is coaching upper mid table teams. Villareal and Málaga were his best tenures imo.
Real Madrid and City was decent but nothing great.
West Ham is slightly below the level he did his best job but given the PL money nowadays he could build something interesting.

I definitely feel it’s a good signing overall for West Ham.

Yea I only put them 3rd just because. Did think we ran bad at times last year for the 5th placed finish (ran well to win league previous year though). All points made are good but I think it looks worse than it is. Echo oafk’s sentiments from other thread regarding the potential of what our squad could’ve been right now and we shouldn’t be in a position of uncertainty as we are now.
