Singling out Lukaku or calling him below average for Mun is weird. None of their outfield players would make Pool's first 11, none of the ones that saw the pitch anyway. And lol 40+ goals, yeah if Lukaku was as good as RvN, he'd easily get to a mark that RvN (or any PL striker) never got close to with much better service.

He has 6 goals and we are nearly at Christmas.

Of course he is only being singled out here because some people are defending him and calling him terrific.

He is obviously better than Lingard, Fellaini et al jfc.

Realistically? Toby if possible in January. Ndombele/De ligt in the summer. Would fully encourage the board to throw money at Eriksen too. I would be keeping Pogba and building a midfield around him not playing Fellaini/Matic/Herrera.

We need a RW and RB. Then bench/sell Lukaku and use Martial as our striker. The difference in technical ability between the 2 is shocking.
