The way Arsenal and United compete for titles is how Pool are now. They don't have bad squads, but they have obvious flaws. Over 3 or 4 windows you replace your weakest links with elite players.
The non pool and spurs teams in England are all good right now. If you look across Europe they are better than some teams who have been dominant lately. But pool and city are really good and you can't **** up if you want to be on their level
