Lacazette is due back for the QFs so as long as Arsenal get a favourable draw in the RO16....

Or city are just a bunch of whiney bitches who exaggerate the extent of injuries? Not the first time someone has made a miraculous recovery under Pep.

Barring Pogba (and even that's debatable) who is gonna expect a pay bump from the current Utd team? They all earn the upper end of what's available to them on the market. If you want to get paid 500k a week then start performing like Kane/Salah/KDB.

Whoever they sign this summer
02-13-2018 , 01:24 PM
alexis only got £500k/wk from mun because city were offering 450k, psg were offering 400k and wenger was offering £130k plus £1499 per goal bonus

if whoever they sign this summer is wanted by everyone then yea they'll have to blow away the competition ala alexis, but that's always been the case
02-13-2018 , 01:28 PM
like if mou finally gets his wish and they agree a deal to spend 75m on ivan perisic, if he goes ok well im gonna need 500k like alexis they'll just say lol **** off m8, you can stay on your 90k/wk at inter and we'll go sign dybala instead.

he'll take 175k/wk and be happy about it.

West Brom is really pissing me off. I've been a supporter for years and THIS is the first year I decide to purchase a WBA kit? Nobody expected this disaster of a season. The squad can't possess the ball anymore, never show any fight and make so many mental errors.
02-13-2018 , 01:33 PM
pics in kit or GTFO
02-13-2018 , 01:36 PM
wait, did this thread just pick up a FKW? If so, yesssss!
02-13-2018 , 01:42 PM
My last "Sunday league" team wore arsenal kits and I had no influence on that, so confirmed fkw.

The Canadian Premier League is set to launch in two years. I think if I was 5 years younger I'd have had a real shot to make 20k a year playing league two level football.

Also helps with his point that he's continuously harps on about with tackles being outlawed.

'look at this tackle, he's out for 6 months' 2 weeks later hes fit.

True, but before we even get to the R16, we've gotta take our brilliant away form here:

Imagine Welbeck running around and trying to kick a ball in the snow. ****'s sake.

Lamela ahead of Son, Aurier ahead of Trippier. I think I like this for a team as rock solid as Juve.

Lloris (C), Aurier, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Davies, Dier, Dembele, Eriksen, Dele, Lamela, Kane.

Subs - Gazzaniga, Son, Wanyama, Lucas, Trippier, Rose, Sissoko

*edit*

Oops wrong thread.

wrong thread. Wrong opinion too by the looks of it.

Interesting to see that Newport, who Spuds needed forever to break down, are four down before half time vs Mansfield

He might actually hit it.

Anyways I will be shocked if we don't beat Östersund comfortably. Maybe not away, but home 3-0 or more imo

What are your thoughts as someone who actually watches them?
Thanks guys - I'm going to get back to these in obsessive, mind-dulling, ill-informed detail shortly (tomorrow hopefullly).

If Vorm can't play, I wonder if Poch would start Gazzaniga or Lloris?

I read the Rochdale pitch is even in worse shape than Newport County's..

Give Gazza the start. If he isn’t good enough for that, why did we even sign him?

Yeah - it's much wider near the half way line than at either of the goals. It's a tribute to long-term now dead MP Cyril Smith.

I think Spurs should play with 6 in mid-field, Toby in Goal, and one close in front of the other in both attack and defence. There really isn't any other way to set up given the shape of the pitch.

Spoiler:
Stop being such ****ing fannies - anyone would think you are Chelsea

They have re-laid it this week. The former pitch was so poor that the previous 3 home games were called off as it was waterlogged.

I've been watching old early 90s premier league game highlights on youtube and it's hilarious how ****ing terrible the pitches are. Also modern day red cards happen every other play and often aren't even called fould. Real man's football.

It's amazing how the game worked fine like that for decades in the days when a torn ligament was often the end of your career yet now they can fix just about anything in a few weeks we're throwing around reds left and right every time someone gets a bruised shin.

Also amazing how Liverpool managed to go a whole season only using 14 players in those bone crunching days.
