Gunna keep predicting a Spurs regression, one of these days I'll be right (broken clock etc.)

Think Southampton can make a run at EL+ place if we either keep VvD and sign a good CB or sign two good CBs with the VvD money. Or if the Polish kid we signed for 5m turns out to be good then he'll do.

Since when does n'goatlo finish third.

They even signed Bakayogoat just to be sure.

Chelsea to ship this ldo

Man, I'm excited for some more BLITW.

I suspect that we reached the absolute pinnacle of football when Stevie said "This does not slip!" and then slipped, and that nothing following will could ever come close, but I'll always hold out hope before every new season.

Haha I'd forgotten about Savage too, and the Jimmy Bullard celebration.

Ronnie Rosenthal's miss when he rounded the keeper and hit the crossbar?

If you guys want to put your predictions & expectations into a different format, enter the season-long PEEHS any time in the next 50 hours or so.

Can participate in the £10 side game, engage in your own side-betting for vast riches/avatars, or play for fun.

36 people in so far. Should be interesting.

had a dream that liverpool will be 2-1 down to watford in about the 78th minute. dont know how the game ends. you're welcome bettors

btw i didnt know pool were even playing watford in their first game: absolute proof that this is a fact-based glimpse into the future rather than a regular dream

i mean you're not exactly trying to win la liga. there are players winning titles in denmark that wouldn't look great in a bigger side either

This.
Then the line should have been -4.5 no? Like I said my fault for not looking into it, but still sucks. I'm happy to take on one more LFC > United bet at proper odds/line

99% certain that was before football was invented and thus never happened

If so is it fairly accurate? City's stuff all appear to be in line but not sure about other clubs
I've always used http://www.physioroom.com/news/engli...jury_table.php

It's also used by the Telegraph for their updates on their, far superior, fantasy football

No. The line at the time was either 3 or 3.5 - LO posted it. It’s now gone up to 4.5 due to the Barca bids for countinho.

Personally I’d back Plop at 4.5, I think it’s super close at that.

I don't know how I can see anyone but City or United winning the league. I don't know how United can score the ~25 more goals they need to compete for the title but I would like to see one of Rashford or Martial take the leap.
I'm pretty confident one of Pool or Spurs will get hurt by their lack of depth and drop out of the top 4.
Chelsea will recede.
Arsenal still aren't good enough, even if they keep Sanchez.

The Sun have an exclusive that is embargoed until midnight. Apparently it's an interview with a high profile Premier League player, saying they want out, with reasons including lack of trophies and transfer policy.

A lot of people think it's Danny Rose.

A journo has confirmed it's Rose.

But apparently "his comments make uncomfortable reading for the club, but they're not as bad as the newspaper is suggesting."
