Graham Poll talking absolute bollocks about intensity of the challenge. What the hell is that? I have never heard that one before. Kanes challenge was only a yellow because of the intensity of the challeng but if you look at the intensity of Allis challenge you can see that it was a red.

He’s saying Ali went in to ‘do’ Ginge and so his challenge had some stank on it. Kane was stretching to get a toe on the ball and therefore less chance of doing serious injury as he wasn’t trying to ‘do’ the ball.

I actually agree with him in a vacuum but both are pretty clear reds in today’s game. Kane’s is still dangerous at that height and leading with studs even if he was half pulling back at point of impact.

If the FA allows to rescind a red card, why wouldn't they apply the samd logic and ban for 3 games the player who did a challenge that was red-card worthy but only got a yellow ?

Kane did no such thing.
