It is pretty impressive isn't it?

No comment about Watford's six wins off a negative goal difference?

in before TP tells us it's all skills
You could also say that they are focused. They know they're not going to get a hat full of chances so they concentrate on making them count.

Teams like Man City know they are going to have loads of chances and don't mind taking on all kinds of shooting chances. When they come off, they end up scoring 4s and 5s. Sometimes, like tonight, they'll only score one or two.

If you add up the number of years worth of contracts the likes of Pulis, Fat Sam, Bruce and Pards have actually signed up to, I wonder who comes out on top.
Pardew has been a manager for 18 years. He must've signed close to 40 years worth of contracts though and has probably been paid for close to 30

True, however, understat has him 4th in xG this season, and 3rd in xg per 90 behind Aguero and Jesus. While I wont be backing him for the golden boot, there is early data to suggest he can be a 20 goal player in this system. He gets a lot of shots and from good positions.

Just seen the Pep and Redmond altercation. What an incredibly weird moment.

I also note that Spurs are the only team below us with a better goal difference.

Only a ****ing farce when we get the decisions, have never heard a word from you about all the **** that goes against us. For example, 'oh great, that's a meaty challenge' when some **** tried to decapitate Roberts.

Ffs stop with the crap scottish media talking points and start watching games, or just stfu about things you've no clue about.

I'll have a look at your previous posts for something about the 3 hun red cards that have been overturned, shall I? Or the complete cluster **** they've created? Nah I doubt there is any need to waste my time.

lol

Jeez, although if it’s only updated every 20 Year’s or so I guess it could be classed as recently?

I maybe wrong but once a football manager gets sacked. He’s (or shes) paid the remainder of his (or hers) contract over the period of said contract and not a lump sum. If/when they get a new managerial job, they forfeit the remaining money that was due to them?

Depends how good their agent/lawyer is. Iirc, AVB negotiated a lump sump settlement from Chelsea for the remaining part of his contract before taking the Spurs job.

I guessing this figure wasn't the total amount due, probably the difference between his remaining Chelsea deal and the salary Spurs offered. I suspect this happens a lot when a manager has a significant contract terminated before taking a new job.

I don't think AVB was really assed about football. He said a number of years ago he would retire and compete in the Dakar rally.

Will listen later, but are they saying that Burnley might actually be a decent team? Or is it just more of "they run so good"?
11-30-2017 , 04:30 AM
i got an everton m8 telling me that massive sam's 10 minute pre-game chat with unsworth was the reason they won 4-0

no idea how to estimate how much a premier league win is worth to a mid table side but i'm gonna guess at least half a million quid based on prize money+relegation avoidance equity. therefore fat sam 10 minute consultancy services ltd is worth approximately £6,265,000,000 per year if he worked 9-5 and took weekends off

From MotD highlights, it was after the end of the game as the players were on their way off the pitch. They asked him about it in the interview, but he didn't really give an intelligible answer.

Wonder what Redmond was saying to him when he covers his mouth.

I told him how good a player he is

Last season he destroyed us here. I didn't know him last season, I realised how good he is.

Southampton have some super-talented players, Redmond is so good one against one.

But they didn't' want to play, they were time wasting from the ninth minute. I just wanted them to play.

Today he could not attack because they defend all the time, but that is what it is.
This is a simple "FU for time wasting" packaged in a weird backhanded compliment.

Someone should remind Pep that he is the manager of a single EPL team...before he starts holding half-time teamtalks in the opposition dressing room.

Hope Redmond just told him to kindly **** off
