When it comes to Wilshere Pep actually said something like 'we have hundreds of him in spanish youth teams'. It was only last season iirc that he praised him.

Wilshere such a disappointing waste of talent, remember his debut in the emirates cup at like 9 years old nutmegging all and sundry.

Had a blast at the United game last night. My first and probably only chance to see them in person barring another preseason game. City didn't play their best lineup but I thought the United attack at least looked more promising. Lukaku was such a big target up front and seeemed to hold up pretty well. I'm excited to see how this season plays out. Crowd was pretty good too. Seemed really weird to start it at like 9:00 pm local time.

Never seen a friendly like this WBA Palace game. Four or five flashpoints, a couple of mass confrontations, Zaha constantly fouled. We even had a scuffle down the tunnel at HT.
