They're still terrible.

Pop quiz - Defoe has now scored against 36 of the 39 opponents he's faced in the Premier League, which three has he not broken his duck against?

Spoiler:
no prizes for guessing the blades are a correct answer, but the others are Watford and dirty Leeds

See, I said Jordon Ibe was the best player in the league but no one believed me.

I chose him as young footballer of the year in some start of the season guessing game ~2 years ago. Maybe his birth certificate is wrong and he's still young.

Hope this spotty kid Burnley have replacing Heaton has been practicing picking the ball out of his net this week. I got us scoring 4+ tomorrow.

Heard Coutinho may start, I'd be more concerned about the crowd in the upper decks throwing the balls back

You are going to be insufferable

Oh great. We are starting the day off with a 0-0 draw I see

I believe we're playing Heaton with just one good arm so that it's a fair contest with your goalkeeper (whichever clown gets picked).

Tbh I can really see Plop struggling. They usually suffer against teams that shut up shop. Yes, Heaton is a big miss, but Burnley still has a rather solid defense. Also iirc they have threatened a lot from set pieces and crosses and with the Pool keepers not exactly up to par as many have pointed out + defending set pieces not exactly their forte..

oh and also no Mané who is a machine

We do sometimes struggle to beat teams below us in the table, so Plop might have a chance of an upset today.

Well either way it's nice that you guys accommodate for the make a wish kid

Pope is 25 years old with around 100 league appearances behind him. That's a year older than the bloke Plop entrusted to keep goal in their Champions League opener.

I have more faith in Pope than I did when Robinson replaced Heaton last season, I'm also pretty confident that he'll be the best keeper on the pitch at Anfield this afternoon.

The Watford-Burnley double is a steal
09-16-2017 , 07:27 AM
I can't sleep so I'm hoping this game does the job

I couldnt help myself and bet on Soton. CP just looks so terrible, especially at the back + Townsend is a big step down from Zaha on the right

Sacked in the morning
09-16-2017 , 07:47 AM
Now I'm sure Tekkers will never score again

I feel quite bad for Palace. Their fans are pretty great and their chants are among the best ones in the league...too bad this is the best XI they can put out
