Yeah, it would be amazing, but would be just outrageously expensive. Take NFL game pass for example, which is a great product, mostly fitting your description, but costs £10 p/m for a full year and is still subject to blackouts. NFL may just about eek into the top10 most watched sports in the UK. To try and get all the rights it would cost way more than Sky currently charges.

For just football, with no blackouts I'd pay easily more than £10 tbh.
