my suspicion is that real madrid vs napoli would do no better than real madrid vs las palmas, though i may be wrong

and you're always going to have an underclass, even in a super league. is anyone in the world going to give the slightest toss when 15th place arsenal travel to 17th place lyon for their week 22 euroleague match? doubt even ty bothers going to that one

a superduperleague would feature better players and higher quality football, but less drama/intrigue/subplots/local shenanigans/history/bollocks. pretty football is nice to watch, but i think most people are in this for the bollocks. many would not pay for a non-bollocks oriented brand of football
Massive thumb up to the bollock orientated theory of football fandom.

Not one comment on United last night? Thread is dead. There's no bollocks to be had. I didn't even watch it. Season is over let's get to the cup finals already.

The singer of Frightened Rabbit, Scott Hutchison, apparently commited suicide. Damn, that's terrible news.

BFG is such a legend. Hope his book will be translated. It was really interesting to hear what he went through that year when he pretty much only featured in the FA Cup final and pocketed Hazard.

He also told Martin Keown after the game that he told him not to write him off as a traffic cone just yet.

Slippy G been sold a pup, there will be no new investment for him to challenge. Their chairman wasn't slow in explaining how their squad was the best in Scotland after Christmas (and just before the 2 recent maulings obv lol).

Suppose he won't mind after he gets paid (roughly the same as Brendan apparently) £2.5m pa and has the cover of a 4 year deal. I expect that to end after no more than 1 season, he'll still be quids in for the following 3 years.

I would post the latest from their glib and shameless liar but it's just moonbeams sprinkled with ****e.

Google the bolded ^^ if you really want to see what he signed up for.

Let's not use Steven Gerrard managing the Rangers as an excuse to include scottish football conversations in the thread

Anyone drive a mini?

Good buy if in decent condition? 90% of my driving is around the city.

Will Derby v Fulham be watchable football?

Might tune in just because of the importance but don't want to sit through a pile of aids

Fulham play pretty exciting stuff, at least they did when we put four past them at home and still lost. Derby are bad and making up the numbers but this should be OK

Play offs are always worth a watch. But don't expect amazing football, just imagine second division German teams.

Thanks. Obv I don't expect amazing football, just don't wanna watch a game where Fulham are happy with not losing away and Derby are happy to just not concede at home. Doesn't sound like that's likely.

Pretty damn good battle for the faneiro freeroll heading into final round

I do.

I think it's a good car although I don't enjoy it that much personnally. Biggest downside for me is leg space/comfort, it just wasn't conceived for tall people (orly).

Also not a big fan of a few little things but overall motor is really good (fast acceleration) and good maneuveribility to drive around city. pm if more questions

Aberdeen and Hibs are very close IMO to Rangers squad. Lot of dead wood in that Rangers squad.

Man, I hope Derby County makes the Premier League next season..they would be the worst team in 20 years..even worse than Aston Villa, Sunderland and Burnley..

Did you enjoy that snooze fest?
05-11-2018 , 05:17 PM
Lol I thought the first half was about fine, didn't watch most of the second
05-11-2018 , 05:35 PM
Urgh, apply for a new job that's doing much the same job that I'm doing now that's back over in Sheffield thus saving me half a grand a year in commuting to home games and also paying a fair chunk more money outside of that, and then today at work they've bumped my pay up to cut half the gap in wages and indicated an obvious progression path to eliminate the rest. Annoying as I'd like to move really

They wouldn't even be the worst team from Derby in that time period

Just opened these bad boys in a pack of cornflakes. Apparently someone at Panini decided DeGea is weaker than Joe Hart at ball and only 5 stronger at boot.

its not a boot dumbass its a dinosaur skull fragment. those are archaeology ratings
05-11-2018 , 10:22 PM
yo boids, what is the tiebreaker in our team prop bet? it seems i will be victorious if burnley can muster a point at home, but several others can tie if sean douches it up.
05-12-2018 , 12:02 AM
BAIDS has paid on his worst team in football history surviving relegation bet
