We played fantasy for the euros and while the group stage (and even round of 16) was very fun and classic fantasy, the game becomes trash once there are few teams left, it's just not made for it.

Either we find a way around it or we do simply a group stage fantasy competition

Yeah but our posters took a strong stance against the Sun corporation and that is priceless

You've not watched much of the Championship if you think Boro are winning the playoffs

Same thing applies for the CL fantasy.I'm fine with playing until the r16 finishes though

Just realised that Hughes is only on a deal until the end of the season. For some reason I thought we gave him an 18 month contract. Would be fantastic if we got rid, but maybe that isn't realistic.

lol at the Southampton vs. Marriott Hotel situation. Glorious.

Er, he kept you up. A five-year bumper contract is probably being prepared right now.

It would be typical of Mark Hughes's luck if City turned up on their A game and put a few past Southampton.

Absolutely fantastic. It's quite a statement that so many people online fully, without question, believe that there is some level of collusion between a small city's football club and a multinational hotel chain.

I'm fearful of this. One thing that gives me comfort is that we ****canned Adkins when we were looking quite robust (relative to the time). Then again, that a different chairman/owner etc.

So the USA is going to bid jointly with Canada and Mexico for the world cup? I mean California could host a world cup why the hell are they sharing especially with lolMexico? Don't see the sense in it. This must be a way to wade through FIFAs corruption, they rely on the Mexicans to deposit the briefcases full of cash as they don't want to get caught doing the dirt?

I guess the line of argument goes that the host nation tends to get in the mood, watch on TV and get bums in seats for games. More host nations creates more of a demand for the games that are actually in each country.

This should take the edge off relegation for Swansea.
