Just watched the highlights. Tbh, I'm not sure what's supposed to happen by the letter of the law when the ref gets in the way. Whether it's the players' responsibility not to get in his way or w/e. I've never seen anything other than playing on.

Yeah, playing on is what's supposed to happen. The only reason to blame the ref is for being stood in that position in the first place, he should be more aware of what's going on.

Having said that, it was just one of those things that happens in a football match and we couldn't do anything about it. If it hasn't happened we'd have certainly seen the game out for a 1-0 win. You could call it running bad.
