Penalties should be tennis tiebreaker style in order (so ABBAABBAABBAAB and so on instead of ABABABABABAB

Temporary sin binning makes sense and would reduce professional fouls that have very little downside late in games.

I've always thought that should be the case as well. Would be so epic!

So, I've just seen that the beeb do a predictor game for the premier league that can do mini leagues.

Quote:
How does the scoring system work?

10 points are awarded for a correct result (ie correctly predicting the winner or that the match will end as a draw). 40 points are awarded for predicting the exact scoreline.
Won't be as much variance as IKTS as there is no bankers/insurance.

Seen as people don't want to use IKTS now. Anyone fancy doing a second half of the season game for fun?

Predictor
2+2 league

League code:- ze24uj

Can always have side action if anyone is interested.

Rut roh China. Apparently just 3 foreign players can start a game in the league starting in March.

That was from the 16th, that's why the Costa and Yaya deals aren't going to go ahead iyam

Thought that was always the case there and hence why the teams were bidding absurd amounts for their quotas.
01-19-2017 , 06:27 AM
The quota was originally 4+1 (1 being an AFC foreigner)

Australian players had actually been pretty popular over there, particularly the centrebacks

And the whole point is to increase the ability of the Chinese national team. Seems like they are shooting themselves in the foot. These quotas don't work very well. Better a few Chinese on a team of superstars for each side than a load of Chinese and a few superstars. The other players still get to train with them etc and the standard of the Chinese second division will shoot up and be a better proving ground for younger talent that way.

This whole getting mad at the Chinese thing is a little hypocritical though, as that's basically what has been happening with the oil billionaires coming into Western European clubs and spending hundreds of millions.

Regarding Chelsea, I don't think Roman has pumped money into them via sponsorship like City and PSG have, or have they?

Gazporm? but not as if they are a main sponsor.

Abramovich was one of the maybe three or four people that played a key role in deciding that Putin was gonna be the presidential nominee in 2000 and basically also made sure that he was gonna win.

What does the money in the money league represent? Market value? Revenue? Spending?

So because he's spent money and managed to increase their revenue that's classed as doping in a revenue list?
