I had a semi-big bet with Zeestein not happen because he wouldnt accept Stakman as an escrow and apparently couldnt find anyone on all of 2p2 that he trusted and was willing to escrow. It was ages ago though and I figured he had just ditched it because the bet was moving against him while we were setting it up, so it wasnt really right to say anything.

If anyone gets any joy out it I still have the PMs and can post them because he's a welching ****, but they're not very interesting.

I would guess that like a lot of people he stopped being able to make money on poker and learned that a couple of thousand £ is actually a decent amount of money when you dont have a great alternative. And then he was too much of an immature clown to handle it like a grown-up.

I do remember calling him out on his posting style at one point and his answer was something like he wasn't here to benefit from discussion only to troll Bandit into making loads of -ev bets. Guess that should have been a red flag.

What makes it worse is he wouldn't increase the action between the two of us from $250 to $1k which made me think he was legit.

At the end of the day i've been bummed a few times on 2+2 now. I'll only be doing bets with people i've had previous bets with and escrow will be required with anyone (new) who wants to bet with me regardless of whether it's $1k or $10.

I've paid out on 4 figure bets a few (bastards who have won them, lucky -EV ****s ) times on here but I can't help but feel that in those bets I was being free rolled now. Which really pisses me off. Although at least two of them I'm 100% certain they'd pay me.

Kind of makes you think about it more.

Anyway, to the usual blokes that I have bet with before (you know who you are) I'll be looking to have about £1k of action on United > Plop as per market rates on here.
