That he comes with only one N and a double S: Janssen. And that he's not spectacularly good, because - especially for a striker - its a simple case of LOL Eredivisie - unless you hear Suarez level eyetest witness reports from BIM and Ambush, which you obviously didn't.

You can misspell it Jansen imo because that's also a common name. And maybe in Scandinavia they do it with more Ns?
Also: why doesn't misspell have a third s for some extra swag (and logic)?

Who is BIM?

And what did you write in your eye test report regarding Janssen?

Lol. There are probably a dozen strikers who have been bigger flops than Janssen, and thats assuming he tanks completely. I mean, the whole Janssen deal including wages in an inflated market is around £30m, which is still less than Plop paid for Carroll god knows how long ago.

He can still do well at Spurs, but against a decent team he needs players like Alli and Son around him who can break a high line.

We can add Andy Carroll to the list, I'm not bothered. The financials of his deal, though, were helped a tiny bit by loaning him out and then securing ~15 million for him from West Ham, but I'm not going to pretend it wasn't a massive waste of money.

As for Janssen, I just don't think he'll ever really do much in a Spurs shirt because of his limited versatility. Maybe Balo/Soldado was forum hyperbole but I stand by my comments.

Can't recall if I ever posted about him. Most players don't deserve a report as the point of writing one is to refute LOLEredivisie. The LOLEredivisie label is, however, applicable to practically everyone here.

BIM used to be the most frequent Dutch poster around these parts and, like me, used to contribute some (low-level) Bjornposts about Ajax or other Eredivisie players.

When arsenal were linked at the start of the summer I asked for a write up, think it was you but whoever replied gave it the thumbs down for sure.

Looking like no Smalling tonight. Who plays alongside Blind at CB, Carrick?

Something is wrong with your player, when the only positive thing you can say about him, is that he was cheaper than Andy Caroll

TFM or Tuanzebe hopefully, this being the league cup and all. Rojo/Blind would certainly provide some quality entertainment for non-United fans though.

Proof that it is possible for someone to deliver a string of factually correct posts and still be awful.

Both of those don't appear to be in the squad so maybe Rojo then although there's speculation that Pogba plays at CB.

Are you thick, illiterate or both? I said in the previous sentence that there were at least a dozen strikers who would be a larger waste of money than Janssen, assuming he fails which is far from given.

I can't think of any.

You guys ought to give Everton some credit for once. We can at least claim the "most absurd spunking of money on a complete waste of space" title for this little beauty

LOL mou if he plays pogba at cb. LOL him anyway if he didn't include any actual cb's in the squad.
10-26-2016 , 10:15 AM
Just saw the squad, no youth/reserve team players is unsurprising because mourinho, but still disappointing.
10-26-2016 , 10:28 AM
Feels like a freeroll tonight. Mourinho going best 11 and getting spanked by a city reserve team is the no.1 option but if utd do win, city are out of the competition.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has told Sky Sports [Pogba] could be a "phenomenal central defender."
theory: hooliganism shenanigans during russia 2018 plunges the world into WW3, nuclear holocaust ensues

jose is a robot from the future, sent to our time in order to turn the worlds most exciting attacking players into defenders, thereby making football too boring to fight over. thus preventing WW3
