Fantastic all-round talent (Onomah) who compared to last summer where he was just dominating wherever he was on the pitch and hard to even lockdown on a specific position or role, this time he was definitely a doing it all, technically and physically, midfielder.

Yeah, rave reviews among Spurs fans about Onomah for the U20s. His performances for Spurs have been exceptionally underwhelming, however the majoriy of his minutes have been as a #10, which looking at him is clearly not his game.

I'd hope we keep our powder dry this summer on CM's and give him minutes next season in the pivot.

conceding a goal in a friendly is hardly likely to deter baz given that hes still here and shooting from the hip despite austrailia's humiliating and unprecedented decline across all sports* over the last 15 or so years

*i ought to note that austrailia won gold at the 2016 world outdoor lawn bowls championships (men's pair category), so perhaps all sports is a slight exaggeration

OFFICIAL: Antoine Griezmann has extended his contract with Atletico Madrid until June 2022.

Spanish media said the French forward's new contract made him the highest-paid player in the club's history, with an annual salary of around €14 million ($15.7m).

"I always said Griezmann was going to stay. We've kept his release clause the same and given him a pay rise," Cerezo said.
