Sutton is at least interesting in that he expresses idiosyncratic opinions and not just another repeat o cliche bot.
Seems a worthwhile exercise. I'll present some of the positives.

Sutton. I don't think he offers any great insight, but he will call out other pundits bs which is entertaining if nothing else. Speaking of which....
Joey Barton. I mean, I really want to hate him as a pundit for obvious reasons, but often his arguments are well-considered and presented in an articulate fashion. Good example of this
here, where he dismantles.....
....
Danny Mills. The nut, nut low of football punditry. Offers nothing, but seems to think he speaks with complete authority. Wanker.
Honorable mentions:
Charlie Adam. Promising start as a pundit. Doesn't offer much analysis, but speaks well about life as a current footballer and the inner workings of a club.
Steve Claridge. As limited a pundit as he was as a player, but admire that he managed to get a regular gig on the BBC through hard graft rather than trading off a dozen England caps (See: Mills, D).
