Pep going out on the pitch to discuss tactics with players is awesome

Yeah please don't play bravo in meaningful games anymore

Apart from he looks like scoring in every game even when he hardly gets a sniff while the rest of the team look like they would struggle to muster 10 goals between them all season.

I get your point but Sunderland would be done without him, rather than just probably done as they are.
03-05-2017 , 02:20 PM
His team looks hopeless going forward precisely because of him, not in spite of him.
03-05-2017 , 02:46 PM
Sunderland aren't suddenly going to become an effective attacking unit by dropping Defoe for A.N. Other.

He might be what you'd call a luxury player if he didn't score so many goals. But he does score lots of goals and as such he is the most valuable member of his team, not the least.

Sanchez allegedly dropped due to walking out of a training session/meeting which led to confrontation between him and Arsenal players.

Ozil got the flu after getting wind he was also going to be dropped, allegedly.

Sanchez wears his heart on his sleeve. He certainly could leave, but I don't blame how emotional he is on himself. It is what makes him great, but he acts out as well.

I've barely posted this year. It just sucks following this team. Don't really want to say anything bad about Wenger but nothing about this is enjoyable any more.

03-05-2017 , 06:36 PM
I'm shocked, SHOCKED to discover that Wilfred considers "gay"to be a pejorative
03-05-2017 , 06:38 PM
I dont even know what pejorative means

How is spurs record for consecutive home wins 9 ? they've been playing football for like 150 years

Isn't that the record since Sky invented football in 1992?
03-05-2017 , 07:07 PM
Just realized Kane is only 23. Guy legit looks 35. Lol man life comes at you quick
03-05-2017 , 08:07 PM
Kane looks nowhere close to that old. You must be thinking of Diego Costa. Actually, I guess you said 35 and not 55.

I thought that record was PL era or something.

spurs backup FBs are solid, and I think the dropoff from Walker to Trippier is less than the dropoff from Rose to Davies (and I like Davies). Trippier is underused imo.

Mostly I just wish Toby would stay put for another five years; for me he's at least as important as Lloris.

it also took 150 years for anyone to match Spurs 13 league wins in a row, so quite the dumb hot take you have there.

I agree about Tripper. Not so sure about him in a back 4, but as a wing back he's very close to Walker.

I understand Alexis' frustration, but he just can't keep acting like this all the time. Considering how laid back and nicey-nice most of our players are compared to his usual intense self, I'm a little surprised something like this took three seasons to happen.

This is a heart-warming tale.

Agree to disagree.

Arsenal's season imploding has pretty much gone under the radar due to how much more enjoyable it is for the community when Plop plop.
03-06-2017 , 05:35 AM
Because the ploppers are so hilariously optimistic, the Arse posters have accepted their fate so are much less enjoyable to antagonise. Hard to believe plop are only four points behind Spurs though
