With 3 clubs vastly outspending, 2 other clubs having great managers. If he gets top 4 again. Cup run. Knock outs of the CL.

Realistically at the start of the season no one would have tipped Arsenal honestly to win the league. Has finishing 2nd last year meant he can't finish lower?
