I'm kind of just letting myself bow to the pressure of the angry mob. I still think the problem is more personnel than anything else. But our results are taking a sharp turn for the worse and the performances are actually getting worse. So with everybody getting increasingly angry it might be time to let him go if he can't fulfill his short-term goals anyway.
