doubt the kroos situation will end up being a one off unless they decide to give significantly more of that t mobile cash to their players.
Maybe, I just think ex-manager taking players from Bayern could become personal over pure business from the Bayern egos (both personal and club ego) and that they'd resist something like that stubbornly even if up against strong player/agent power.
That's also assuming some kind of code from Pep's perspective isn't at all in play about recruiting from the club that he just left. It didn't really stop him in regards to Barca, getting Thiago, wanting Neymar, but relationships were sour, a little bit of time had passed and it was also the Bayern chiefs with just about all the transfer power driving things.
Of course each player case is different and certainly an old Alonso would be in play should he wish to follow. Ancelotti and him have good relationships also of course.

very much doubt he takes on any job where he cant spend mountains so maybe he'll sit a couple years out until one of the aforementioned clubs runs bad
hmm I'm curious why not Manchester United? At least being in play if they don't get Guardiola who I'm just assuming they will make a push for.
If they don't want to hand the reigns to Giggs or who knows Neville already I also think a very strong name is needed to properly resist even the first wave of pressure and unrest.
