psg lead the league by like 20 pts but if Mou is on the market and PSG goes out in the CL quarters, I could see the sheiks going for the big name manager even if there's no objective reason to

me and 1 other bloke have clicked 0-5 so far. think john terry has voted 8 times
12-17-2015 , 04:41 PM
lol I voted 0-5

If it was over replacement I'd reconsider

I'm guessing he will take some time to rebuild image. Either take couple years off or take a safe job like Galatasaray/Moscow/Porto/Lisabon with a league dominating budget, wins something and then tries for a City/Utd/PSG job

They cooked the wrong goose in that case. Player power is invariably toxic. Whoever takes over that lot will be on a shoogly peg from day 1. Big Roman should have given Mourinho carte blanche to clear out the dead wood.

Actually surprised how reasonable those results are. Would expect way more to think 11+
12-17-2015 , 05:18 PM
well there's selection bias in there bc the guy is an analytics writer so the casualfan.jpg/analytically inclined fan ratio is drastically different than if it was Gary Lineker tweeting that poll

How many points do you think a bottom 3 manager in a league can cost over an average manager per season?

Spoiler:
Find out at the end of the season

doubt the kroos situation will end up being a one off unless they decide to give significantly more of that t mobile cash to their players.
Maybe, I just think ex-manager taking players from Bayern could become personal over pure business from the Bayern egos (both personal and club ego) and that they'd resist something like that stubbornly even if up against strong player/agent power.

That's also assuming some kind of code from Pep's perspective isn't at all in play about recruiting from the club that he just left. It didn't really stop him in regards to Barca, getting Thiago, wanting Neymar, but relationships were sour, a little bit of time had passed and it was also the Bayern chiefs with just about all the transfer power driving things.

Of course each player case is different and certainly an old Alonso would be in play should he wish to follow. Ancelotti and him have good relationships also of course.

hmm I'm curious why not Manchester United? At least being in play if they don't get Guardiola who I'm just assuming they will make a push for.

If they don't want to hand the reigns to Giggs or who knows Neville already I also think a very strong name is needed to properly resist even the first wave of pressure and unrest.

First he needs to know your mum and dads names, which preschool you went to and your BMI before he'll consider it.

Mail reporting pep needs 10 new players to do a job.

i doubt that mun would hire someone who conducts himself in such a disgraceful manner, they cant have their manager poking opposing coaches in the eye and so forth. this is man utd, biggest brand in sports, not a small time outfit like chelsea. besides, if they were going to go down the special route then why not do it in 2013 when he was publicly begging for the job.

having said that, markt seem to think he has a good chance and i ofc cede to its infinite wisdom.

I think ManU will be looking for a manager with a bit more than approximately 2.5 years of shelf life

Tsos face on toilet paper rolls would be a huge sell point though. I could get on board with wiping my **** all over him on a daily basis.

Really think the England job is a goer if Roy under performs this summer.
