Chelsea were abysmal towards the end of last season. Their title was largely down to a Jamie Gold style heater of narrow, undeserved wins. Now we see the likes of Costa, Fabregas and Matic regressing back to the mean. They're not world beaters. They're distinctly average, mid-table players.

Leicester play so simple yet so effective. Everybody works their ass off, press high, got guys that are actually good at crossing, and they have a total stud in Mahrez.

Cheers for posting the interviews, had to switch after the game to watch Fargo.

Leicester remind me a lot of Liverpool 13/14. They play high intense aggressive pressing off the ball, break with fast paced direct counter attacks, vulnerable at the back and rely heavily on 2 quality players in attack.

I actually think they can go one better and win the league though.

The average 4th place team over the past five years has finished with 71.8 points...Chelsea need 2.6 points per game from now on to get there.

Roman should just fire the miserable **** before they drop below Sunderland and Norwich.

At this point the question is whether they can get into Europa league next season. Missing out on European football altogether would put a serious dent in Chelsea's coefficient and make them likely to be poorly seeded when they get back into CL.

Seeding doesn't matter as much with only champions being in Pot 1 anymore anyway.
