thrilling game actually

chances on both sides

yikes that was close. possibly onside. clinton was home free if the flag doesn't go up.

It's a real shame 3 points aren't given for 0-0 games. We'd legit be the best team in the world.

I love that I just saw Chambers with the step over and shoot

Ramsey finally finishes it
12-05-2015 , 12:51 PM
that game was ****ed up

another draw, riveting. we will probably lose the fewest games itl this season and get 5th.

a surprisingly decent performance by WBA - at least over the last 60 minutes of the game

Woody has to break out the god damn chequebook in January, Fellaini needs to be purged

Unlucky hammers. You really should have taken one of your countless chances though.

Another exhilarating night at the Theater of Dreams

At what point do we stop calling for more spending and start pointing the finger at our PulisBenitez fusion wannabe manager?

3-1 is a flattering scoreline for us based on the performance btw. We have to thank Özil,Giroud and Cech for goating it up in the 2nd half...Cech was pretty great in the 1st one as well

Also could someone please post the xG chart for the Soton-Villa game?

afaik lvg's previous teams didnt look ****ty & boring. mun just need a bale or neymar or aguero or robben or hazard like all the other cashbux teams have
12-05-2015 , 01:28 PM
They've sold pogba and adm, the closest to top ~15 players itw they've had of late.

Michael Owen: "when United don't score they hardly ever win."
Genius

yea i thought the adm sale was horrendous at the time, idk how well hes doing in paris tho. heard it wasnt working out.

just throw 180m or w/e at neymar like they threatened to do in the summer and all problems = solved

not like lvg is doing himself any favours with the rooney love in mind, but maybe he just feels he has little choice but to persist given that the bloke is on 300k/wk

Must be referring to the OG streak they had

very true michael. they can still beat us when they don't score though.
12-05-2015 , 01:32 PM
Not sure Bale would be a great fit for LvG zombie ball. Bale needs space to run into. Our slow buildup means even overlapping fullbacks are getting closed down by 2 players np. The rest aren't being sold/moving to United anytime soon.

Booker is right.

We should open the cheque book, again, spend a further £250m on players who'll be played out of position and told to pass it square and backwards. If they don't? Drop them and sell them on at huge losses.

It's a win win situation for everyone involved.

reckon bale would get a million 30 yd shot opportunities per game and bag 25/year

JFC that's horrendous, but not at all surprising.

I'm not being funny but I reckon he'd get dropped. If he starts shooting from outside the box he'd be dropped for giving the ball away.

Exactly the same thing happened with Memphis, LvG dropped him for not buying into his philosophy bs.

Okay, he wasn't exactly playing great either but this was after he had a couple of decent games in the CL.
