Why won't you answer the bloody question!?

No, that's why they wanted an extra £10m.
Did they? I thought the total value of the deal was £10m.

The transfer league website has a fee for the Vorm transfer (£3.5m), and so does transfermarkt (4m). That suggests that it's reasonable to expect Tottenham to have paid a fee for him.

Swansea's valuation of nil is fraudulent, Davies + Vorm were valued at £10m.

You can walk with ligament tears, depending on which and whether it's a partial tear or not.

Everton bought Coleman from Sligo for the price of a round of beers, and if we ever sell him on Sligo will be in for a huge payday with the sell-on fee. KW, presumably you can understand that if Everton were to bundle Coleman in with Tony Hibbert and sell the pair of them for a total of £25m, assigning £24.8m of that price to Hibbert and £200k to Coleman, Sligo might be a little pissed off.

Sure they do. Do you think that Man City would of paid 50m for Sterling if the Liverpool owners didn't value him at that number?

You can't compare Vorm and Coleman though. Vorm is a backup goalkeeper who never plays and Coleman is one of the first names on the team sheet and is clearly an extremely important player for Everton.

This is obviously a completely different situation where pricing is clear and transparent.

agreed, but I'm using an extreme example to simplify the point.

Santi Cazorla has been ruled out for at least three months with a knee ligament injury he suffered vs. Norwich.

if im about to get divorced and the house is in my name then one day before the hearing ima sell it to my best mate in exchange for a bag of chips and a mars bar

she can have half the bag of chips and half the mars bar

if the judge says that i cant sell assets that i control (but in which other people have a stake) for way under markt value then i shall explain to him that its how business works though

There's no way Arsenal will risk playing Alexis this weekend (home vs Sunderland), right?
12-02-2015 , 02:01 PM
Recent reports suggest his return date is Dec21(vsManCity)

Feels like I've been sniffing the glue after reading KW's mumbo jumbo nonsense.

Vorm had started virtually every game for Swansea in the three seasons he was there. But even if he wasn't, the comparison is perfectly valid. The only difference is the numbers involved.

Anyone who thinks that a first team squad member with two years on his contract would be allowed to leave the club on a free, please give an example of when that has happened before.

Liverpool were interested in signing Vorm that Summer before he went to Spurs. I doubt we would have got him for free though.

Celtic must be thankful that youre not their accountant or they'd already be out of pocket by 2.5m!

Damn, BAIDS beat me too it.

Didn't this happen with Porto and Monaco when they sold James Rodriguez a while back (sold James and someone else, manipulated the prices so that Benfica got screwed out of a sell-on clause).

Meh, one more.

The house selling before a divorce is completely different as it's classed as asset hiding (youre still going to keep it after the sale, or get it back) and is solely to avoid sharing that assets. Even if the property is in the name of a company it can still be shared/split. The courts can have full financial disclosure and that the assets would be split once it's sold - unless an agreement can be made that one either gets it and money is giving to make up the different etc

Swansea aren't hiding the asset before being forced to splitting their assets with another party in the immediate future. They have sold an asset.

Completely different.

swanz hid the asset in the form of the other bloke involved in the fraudulent deal

swanz conducted the deal in such a way as to avoid sharing the asset (vorm's contract)

you said earlier (ash quoted it recently) that the deal was to the benefit of all parties involved and that's all that matters, which would be fair enough if true, but you forget that utrecht are in fact party to the transaction as well due to their stake in vorm's contract. they just aren't directly involved in it (like my hypothetical soon to be ex-wife isn't directly involved in the mars bar for house scam)

Honestly feel like if welbeck was healthy for the start of the season arsenal would have had so many fewer issues. His versatility would have allowed for much more rotation at different positions .

Southampton XI: Stekelenburg, Cédric, van Dijk, Caulker, Bertrand; Davis, Clasie, Wanyama; Mané, Tadić, Pellè.

Liverpool XI vs. Southampton: Bogdan; Randall, Skrtel, Lovren, Moreno; Can, Lucas, Allen; Lallana, Origi, Sturridge.

Thinking of backing Saints tonight for a bit of a sweat. Anyone fancy backing Plop?

What if you're selling the house which she has a claim on plus, idk, a TV that you bought post-breakup and is solely yours to the same person for £250k. And claim that the £250k was for the TV and the house was just an incidental transfer with no value.

obv extreme example but you get the point

One of the biggest pre match moves I've ever seen on Pool, 2.74 to 3.6 on teams.

Same but espn3 and nbc live extra both have their games available for replay. So all CL and EPL can be watched after the fact. In NBC case it might take a small bit of effort to get there without seeing the score. But yea for now I'm willing to pay for the convenience of having it all on tv but a few years from now I'm hoping it will be different

This could get real ugly quickly for our RB given what we saw against Bournemouth
12-02-2015 , 03:42 PM
He's got Skrtel next to him and both Can and Lucas in front of him. He'll be fine.
